• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Prohibited Content

We do not process documents containing:

• Illegal or fraudulent content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Personal information of others without consent
• Malicious or harmful content
• Content that violates our community standards

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before service delivery. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures. Contact us at support@aaruservices.in for refund requests.

Data Processing

Your files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not store your data permanently or use it for purposes other than the requested service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARU Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded files. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
